Mini Medics First Aid
This Mini Medics training for 8 – 11 year olds is a very basic introduction to First Aid and Defibrillation. However, it can be delivered to children of age over 6 years if appropriate. This course has been developed by Nuco Training so is kept current and professional.
I have a complete DBS certificate, so allowed to teach children.
The Mini Medics Course is kept at a basic level with no use of confusing terminologies. I will show complete respect for the child’s ability. It will be educational and practical and instil the importance of helping someone who is poorly or injured.

Why do this?
Imagine your child is faced with a situation where someone they know is ill. This course will not make them to be a paramedic. It will give them information to allow them to help and hopefully not be so scared. I think it is really important for everyone to know the basics in first aid and if they start as children hopefully they can develop these skills in their older life. The course will be kept fun so they learn without being aware how an important this skill is.
For school holidays it also gives them something to do for a morning or afternoon.
What do I get?
All children get a mini medics certificate, Syringe pen and workbook.
